"NAO" is the somuchlove mascot. Based on love and tradition, he is named after Founder/CEO Spencer So's Grandfather, whose full name is "Naomichi." Rooted in the Founder's Japanese-American culture, the vertical text states the character's name, and the horizontal text says "somuchlove."
