💌 Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (not counting weekends or holidays). As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your package’s journey.
📦 Shipping Times & Carriers
Delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout. Once your order is in the carrier’s hands, we can’t control exact delivery dates—but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International shipping may take longer due to customs.
💸 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. (We also offer free shipping on orders over $75—because who doesn’t love free shipping?)
🌎 Where We Ship
We currently ship to the U.S. only. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when checking out. We’re not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once your package leaves our hands, delivery is in the carrier’s control. If something goes missing or gets delayed, the airline is the best place to start, but don’t stress—we’ll always do what we can to help you out.

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us.
