Welcome to SOMUCHLOVE (the “Site,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of somuchlove.design and any related services, including purchases, content, community interactions, and communications such as email and SMS texting (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using or purchasing.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

SOMUCHLOVE is a lifestyle and streetwear brand based in Eugene, Oregon. We design and sell apparel, accessories, and creative works that promote connection, positivity, and community.

Use of this website is subject to the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site.

  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By placing an order through our Site, you represent that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • All information provided (billing, shipping, etc.) is accurate and complete.

  • You are using a valid payment method that you are authorized to use.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

  • Change prices, products, or descriptions at any time without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We accept major credit/debit cards, as well as other payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments or our authorized payment processor.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.
We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery are confirmed by the carrier.

  • Delays due to shipping carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first and notify us at support@somuchlove.design.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items.

  • Sale items and limited drops are final sale.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives defective or incorrect.

To start a return, email support@somuchlove.design with your order number and reason for return.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, products, and designs — is the property of SOMUCHLOVE and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any materials from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. USER CONDUCT

When interacting with our Site or community:

  • Be respectful. No hate speech, harassment, or abuse.

  • Do not upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

We do not warrant that product descriptions or images are perfectly accurate, though we do our best to display them truthfully.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOMUCHLOVE and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SOMUCHLOVE, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Lane County, Oregon.

15. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) PROGRAM

By providing your mobile phone number on our Site, at checkout, or through any SOMUCHLOVE form, you may choose to opt in to receive SMS text messages from us, including:

  • Order updates and shipping notifications

  • Account, support, or customer service communications

  • Promotional messages about new products, drops, events, and offers

Consent & Opt-In

  • By opting in (for example, by checking a box or entering your phone number where indicated), you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from SOMUCHLOVE to the mobile number you provide.

  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can still shop with us without subscribing to texts.

  • After you send “STOP,” you may receive a final confirmation message, and then you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, unless you opt in again.

Carrier Disclaimer

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • We use your mobile phone number in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell your phone number to third parties. We may share it only as necessary with service providers who help us deliver SMS communications, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
