Renter will be billed for repair or replacement at these rates if any item is damaged or not returned. The total liability is limited to the combined replacement value of all rented items.In the event of cosmetic damage or damage that does not affect the use of the item, the Renter will relinquish the security deposit to somuchlove.

The Renter acknowledges that the Equipment is in good working condition at the time of pickup and agrees to use it responsibly for its intended purpose. No modification, repair, or tampering with the Equipment is permitted.

Renter assumes full responsibility for the Equipment during the rental period. If the unit is lost, stolen, or damaged, the Renter will be liable for the repair or replacement costs as outlined in Section 3.

A late fee of $25 per day will apply unless prior arrangements are made.

Security Deposit upon pick up: $20 (refundable upon return in good condition)

In the event of loss, theft, or damage(unusable), the Renter is responsible for the following replacement costs: Item Replacement Value | PA Speaker (each) $500 | PA Stand (each)$100 | Mixer $250 | Microphone $100 | Mic Cable (each) $25 | Renter will be billed for repair or replacement at these rates if any item is damaged or not returned. You will be sent an email within five business days regarding the status of your submission. If approved, you will be required to come into the somuchlove location in 5th Street Market Alley to fill out the form and pay for your rental.
